Disability Access

All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the premises at Nailsea Dental Practice are accessible to all those who need to use them.

In conjunction with our practice policy, the term disabled may include physical and sensory impairments, with learning disabilities, chronic or terminal users and users of mental health services.

We have surgeries located downstairs (reception level) and upstairs. If you would like to be seen downstairs please inform a member of the team when booking your appointment and this can be arranged for you.

The practice management has made every effort to make reasonable adjustments to our facilities, policies, procedures, communication, signage and staff training to ensure the ease of access to our service.

Practice information is available in alternative formats upon request.

Emergency Information

We will endeavour to see any patient who has a dental emergency, on the same day, whether you are one of our registered patients or have never been to see us before.

If your emergency is outside of practice opening hours, you can still call the practice where you will be given the number for the out of hours service.
